Dr. Yijia Jing is an assistant professor of School of International Relations and Public Affairs of Fudan University. He received his BA (1998) and MA (2000) degrees in economics in Peking University, an MA degree (2002) in sociology in University of Maryland, and his Ph.D. (2005) degree in public policy and management in Ohio State University. He teaches Research Methods, Chinese Public Administration, and Privatization of Public Services. His research interests cover the privatization of public services in China, the governmental reform in China, public administration education in China, and governance transformation in China. He is now the director of the English-instructed MA program in Chinese Politics and Diplomacy at Fudan University, which is China’s first full-English MA program in this area.
